Nicky your Birthday on saturday was so sunny and peacefull. Sitting on the grass by your side. other families were doing the same they also looked sad! one just smiles to aknowledge there presence, but we all just stayed by your side. cards and flowers and knick knacks to make your grave look nice are all around you . All of this is so unreal at times we all so wish you were here with us. Auntie Maxine and uncle John, had a lovely day with Ellie and your children they all talked about you none stop. how all your girls miss you and love you Ellie wants to stay the same age so that she has no wrinkles etc , because you will always be 29 years old. i often wonder do you age when you go to Heaven? I will always know you son what ever you look like your my baby. Emma went to cornwall with Nick and the children and they released a ballon for you. Lisa was at your side with us doing the weeding and sorting of flowers...what a place to meet. She even saw someone you knew the other day and they asked how you were doing?, Lisa had the horrible task of explaining that you had died this chap was so shocked he could not believe it. Lisa said it was horrible you see son their is always going to be someone that we have to tell that you are no longer with us here on earth and it brings back the reality. This is the eve of your Birthday 2 years on. nearly 31years ago. If only things had been so different. I know you are happy in Heaven but we all miss you so much. Your children are growing so quickly but you know, you watch them from above. Ellie has done such brave things like sponsered parachute jumps and other things you would be amazed. Life goes on- but nothing is done without you in our daily thoughts you would of laughed you are always talked about we all so miss you . We still have not got your headstone as the grave still needs to settle etc..and we were told to wait at least 2 years because of that. Your Dad and i will be visiting as usual on your Birthday so don't forget to be in, haha. No words can be written or expressed as to how much we love you and miss you but we knew that any way as you always knew you were loved .as a family we always made you and the girls know. Well nicky i have to sign of now as i can hardly tpe due to my many crying attacks . I cope better because you have to, but underneath the years of pain get no better.others will understand it is still hard to believe that you are resting in a cemetary and will never return home for a hug and a kiss or a telling off.
